AccuRa Mini real-time PCR fluorescent quantitative system integrates a variety of advanced technologies, including using the thermoelectric Peltier cooler module from MARLOW Company of the United States, the maximum ramp rate is 6.5 ℃/s, theavailable cycles is more than 1 million times, and it is compatible with win10 operating system. It is specially designed to meet the needs of rapid nucleic acid detection in clinical, food, environmental and research applications. Options of 1-4 fluorescence channels and 8-16 samples can be flexibly customized, and can be freely matched with experiments to achieve real-time and high-sensitivity fluorescence measurement.
